Hello
i bought books for the author michael Sinclair but suddenly they disapeard from my librery and when I tried to download them again iBook charged me again for the same books ???
How can I get my money back and my purchased books

Whether you can redownload them depends upon whether the rights-holder has removed them from the store, or if you've moved countries since buying them (and if you are using the same account that you bought them with). You redownloaded them via the Purchased tab in the iBooks app on your iPad (if they don't show there check to see if you've hidden them from the cloud : Hide and unhide purchases in iTunes or iBooks on your Mac or PC - Apple Support), or in the store (if they're the same version of the book they should have cloud icons on them if not currently downloaded) ?
If the versions of the books that you bought have been removed and replaced with new books they may be treated as new purchases (and would have a price button on them in the store), so you will be charged to buy those new versions.
